Wedding Bouquet Preservation
The fleeting and delicate nature of flowers, held in a beautifully framed artwork to reflect the grace, commitment and ceremony of your wedding day.
We specialise in creating bespoke airy style artworks using flowers, particularly bridal bouquets from your special moments. The flowers and foliage are traditionally pressed within my home studio, before they are delicately arranged into a unique piece of artwork, for you to enjoy for many years to come.
It’s a process that takes great care, time and space to create and it’s a service I truly enjoy and love wholeheartedly offering to the community. The slow and intentional process means that I only take on a couple of commissions a month. Commissions are accepted from all over Victoria.
The short lifespan of flowers means that the window in which they can be pressed at their peak is limited. Flowers need to be delivered to the studio within 3 days of or after your wedding day.
The flowers can be delivered to my home studio, alternatively they can be sent via Express Post. If you are posting the flowers to the studio I will send a detailed pdf file on how to pack the flowers for safe shipment.
We offer spacious, modern framed pressed flower pieces in a range of sizes and frame colours.

Frequently asked questions
-
This varies due to the types of flowers and foliage to be pressed. From receiving the flowers to press to the creation of the artwork the whole process can take between three to five months.
-
Not all flowers/foliage press well. I have written an article here where you can see the list of flowers that I love to press and know press beautifully.
In terms of what will be pressed from your bouquet, I endeavour to press as much of the bouquet as I can, to give as much variety for the completed artwork. I only use what is in pristine condition and is free of damage, to give me the best options to work with. This guarantees a beautiful piece for you to treasure for years to come.

It is best if you can trim the stems of the bouquet and keep it standing with the stems sitting in a fresh vase or jar of water until drop off. Also try to keep the flowers out of direct sunlight and heat.

I love to create clean, modern and airy pressed flower artworks. This allows every delicate detail of the flowers/foliage chosen to be cherished from all angles. I do not re-create your piece in a wedding bouquet style as I prefer to bring a fresh and spacious feel to the flowers.

No I do not colour correct flowers or foliage as I prefer the natural shifts and changes the flowers go through in the flower pressing process. All of the flowers are pressed traditionally and naturally with a focus on slow and intentional practises.
